How do I sign up for Mandalytics?
Navigate to our start page and follow the instructions. We will assess your situation and get back to you with a suggested plan and personalized price quote, based on your specific situation.
What if I need help while using Mandalytics?
Mandalytics provides an extensive library of step-by-step support documentation and educational SEO guides. We also have a live chat available inside the platform, where you can talk directly to our support staff. We will also update our video library with detailed walk-through instructions, best SEO practices, general marketing advice, and much more. Coming soon!
Which payment methods do you accept?
For monthly subscriptions, we currently only accept credit & debit cards via Stripe‘s secure payment processor. These includes:

- China UnionPay (CUP)
- Discover & Diners
- Japan Credit Bureau (JCB)
- Mastercard
- Visa
If you wish to use another payment method, please contact our support team by using the contact form below. Other payment methods require a minimum of 3 months subscription payment, renewed no less than 7 days before the current subscription period ends, to avoid service interruptions.
How long am I committed if I sign up for Mandalytics?
Good news! Mandalytics does not have any long-term commitments or contracts. When you sign up for one of our SEO plans, you are charged month-by-month, and can cancel at any time.
Can I use Mandalytics if I don't have a website?
The Mandalytics platform is centered around optimizing your website to achieve higher ranking results in search engines. If you currently don’t have a website, or your website is outdated, please contact our support team by using the contact form below. We will send you more information about the process of creating a new website by yourself, or hiring our development team, all depending on your budget and needs.
Can I use Mandalytics for more than one website?
Yes you can! Please let us know about additional websites during the getting started sequence, and we will recommend a suitable plan for your business.
How many of my collegues can log in to Mandalytics?
We include 1 full-access user in all our standard plans and 5-20 read-only users depending on chosen plan. If you need more than one full-access users, please mention this during the getting started sequence, or contact our support team by using the contact form below.
